1. About SwiftSettle

SwiftSettle Pty Ltd operates swiftsettle.ai, a document preparation service for Australian employment disputes. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

2. We are not a law firm

SwiftSettle is a document preparation service. We are not a law firm, we do not provide legal advice, and we are not your lawyer. We prepare documents based on the information you provide for you to lodge in your own name. We comply with the Legal Profession Uniform Law (NSW) s10 and equivalent state legislation.

3. The service

SwiftSettle provides:

  • Free case assessment: AI analysis of your uploaded employment documents to identify potential claims, estimate values, and assess eligibility.
  • Action pack ($500+GST): professionally prepared letter of demand, pre-filled court or tribunal application forms, filing walkthrough, and hearing preparation notes.

4. Your responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate and complete information. Our analysis is only as good as the documents you provide.
  • You are responsible for lodging any documents with courts or tribunals. We prepare the documents; you file them.
  • You are responsible for meeting any deadlines set by courts, tribunals, or legislation (e.g., 21-day unfair dismissal time limit).
  • You must be 18 years or older to use the service.

5. No guarantees

We do not guarantee any outcome. We do not guarantee that your employer will pay, that a court will rule in your favour, or that your claim will succeed. Estimated claim values are indicative only, based on the information you provide and our understanding of applicable legislation and awards.

6. Payments and refunds

  • The action pack costs $99+GST ($108.90 total), payable by credit or debit card via Stripe.
  • Payment is due before documents are generated.
  • Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you have not downloaded your action pack.
  • Once documents have been downloaded, refunds are at our discretion.

7. Your data

We take your privacy seriously. See our Privacy Policy for full details. Key points:

  • We will never sell your personal information.
  • We will never share your email with marketers or data brokers.
  • Your documents are stored in Australia and encrypted at rest.
  • You can request deletion of your account and data at any time.

8. AI-generated documents

Documents are generated using artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude). While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You should review all documents before filing them. We recommend seeking independent legal advice for complex matters or claims exceeding $100,000.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost wages or failed claims.

10. Intellectual property

Documents we prepare for you are yours to use for the purpose of pursuing your employment claim. The SwiftSettle platform, brand, and technology remain our property.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you misuse the service, provide fraudulent information, or violate these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email to account holders. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
